# Asset Management

Asset management mechanisms govern capital flow and liquidity on TgPet's platform.

### BRC-20 Token Conversion

Users can convert BRC-20 token assets $Tggm into in-game assets $Tggm through a cross-chain bridge of a 1:1 rate. 

Users can utilize conversion to upgrade the in-game factory module.

**The Potential of using ETH Collateral Value:**

The lending system allows users to access $Tggm tokens using their ETH holdings as collateral. This not only secures a portion of users' ETH assets, but also provides an entryway into our ecosystem.&#x20;

**The Flexibility of collateral Value :**

Users can borrow up to 85% of their ETH value, a ratio set to ensure responsible lending while maximizing assets for users.&#x20;

**Earning Token Rewards:**

When users successfully deposit ETH as collateral, they receive $Tggm tokens as rewards. $Tggm tokens play key roles in TgPet's ecosystem, which can be used for a variety of applications and transactions.&#x20;

**Repayment and Collateral Redemption:**

To redeem collateralized ETH, users need to repay the corresponding $Tggm tokens, a straightforward process to reclaim original collateral. Asset management mechanisms on TgPet govern capital flow, lending, collateral value, and liquidity, supporting the token economy and transactions.
